Spring term

Welcome back to all of the children after the Christmas break. It has been lovely to hear what they have been up to.
Our topic this term is 'In the spotlight' with a focus on express yourself. We have already been listening to different styles of music and identifying what our favourite type is. We are planning on dressing up and performing various songs, dances and acts on our class stage. We have also created our own musical instruments and have been using them to create some wonderful music during our band sessions.
We are excited to announce that this term we will be doing our annual performance based on the Jungle Book. We are very excited as we will be dressing up as elephants. We have already been practicing our parts and listening to some of the music. We hope that you all enjoy the show.
