Welcome back to another exciting school year!

We have spent the term getting to know new faces, and understanding self-awareness in PSHE. We created beautiful self-portraits, and matched them with our wonderful ‘All About Me Bee’. Aside from ourselves, we have also discovered who lives at home with us too.

In Literacy, we have been reading The Disgusting Sandwich, where a young boy enters the park with a fresh, delicious sandwich, all to be ruined by different animals and objects. We are set to design and make our very own disgusting sandwich, before giving them a taste!

We have already worked super hard in Maths. We have covered number recognition and representation, shape, time and capacity. Our pupils loved pouring water into containers to discover full and empty.

As it is dancing season on TV, we have created our very own dance routines to our favourite songs. We have discovered different ways we can move around the room, held independent balances, and even used our peers to hold similar balances. Our pupils have worked extremely hard, we are so proud!

We have also continued with weekly CE and hydrotherapy sessions.
